The board of directors of NWH, parent company of Electronic Network
Systems, Inc. (ENS), declared today a quarterly dividend of $0.30
per share, plus a special dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend,
aggregating $0.50 per share, will be payable in cash on August 1,
2003 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July
18, 2003. NWH's Board of Directors plans to review additional dividends
on a quarterly basis.
Terrence S. Cassidy, CEO of NWH, stated: "Declaring a dividend
demonstrates the board's confidence in our strategy of efficiently
developing our main operating subsidiary, Electronic Network Systems.
We are delighted that we can return profits to our stockholders
on a tax-efficient basis while maintaining flexibility for enhancing

NWH also announced today that it held its 2003 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders. 93.8% of its stockholders were represented at the
meeting, and 97.6% of them voted to re-elect Terrence S. Cassidy
and Thomas R. DiBenedetto as directors for three-year terms. The
stockholders also approved the retention of PricewaterhouseCoopers
L.L.P for the next fiscal year.
