ENS Expands E-Commerce Relationship with PacifiCare Health Systems
New York - Sept. 10, 2003 - Electronic Network Systems,
Inc. (ENS), a subsidiary of NWH, Inc. (NASDAQ: NWIR), announced
that it is expanding its current connectivity relationship with
Cypress, Calif.-based PacifiCare Health Systems (NYSE: PHS). In
January 2003, ENS announced it has partnered with PacifiCare to
help the health plan seamlessly connect its providers with the ENS
PASS™ system. Now PacifiCare has added additional services to the
contract to allow ENS to provide Clearinghouse and Hosting services
for its HMO Systems in Colorado and Arizona and for its PPO line
of business.
