Florida Medicaid ERA's Announcement: Florida Medicaid has sent the following information regarding 835/ERA files: As part of the FI Transition from ACS to EDS, FLMCD decided that all 835's should go directly back to providers after 6/30/08. Providers can retrieve their 835's by logging on to the FLMCD webportal with their own log on ID. If providers would like ENS to retrieve their 835's for them then they will need to login to the webportal and add ENS as a Billing Agent to retrieve these for them.

Florida Medicaid Contact Information Announcement: Along with the above ERA information, Florida Medicaid published the following: In addition, please be aware of the following FLMCD Customer Support Contact information: UPDATE - Phone System Changes In order to improve access to the call centers, two call center options have changed and new phone numbers have been added. Currently, the single point of contact phone number is 1-800-289-7799. A change is being made on how to access the self-service (AVRS) functionality. Beginning Friday, July 18, 2008, providers will be directed to contact 1-800-239-7560 to reach the automated functionality. In addition, please use 1-866-586-0961 to reach the EDI services unit. Callers will continue to contact 1-800-289-7799 for EDI (option 3), Provider Enrollment (option 4), Password Reset (option 5), and the Provider Services Contact Center (option 7). Again, 1-800-239-7560 will be available for the self-service voice response system (AVRS) to verify eligibility and other automated options.
